Rann Utsav is a cultural and festive celebration in the Kutch district of Gujarat. It showcases the region's vibrant culture, traditions, handicrafts, music, and dance.

The tent city is set up near the village of Dhordo, which is close to the mesmerising White Desert, popularly known as Rann of Kutch.

You can reach the tent city by road, train, or air. The nearest airport and Railway Station is Bhuj Airport, and from there, you can hire a taxi. If you have booked Rann Utsav The Tent City package, we are providing transportation facility from the Bhuj railway station and Bhuj Airport at scheduled timings. If you have your own vehicle, you can directly reach Rann Utsav Tent City, Dhordo.

Winter is the best time to visit White Rann. Weather is cooler and white ran formation is almost completed by the start of the winter.

The festival is held during the months of winter. Days are generally warm and sunny with temperatures ranging from 25°C to 30°C, while nights can be cold, with temperatures dropping to 10°C or lower.

Watching the sunset & sunrise over the white rann, taking camel rides, shopping for local handicrafts, enjoying cultural shows, and trying local cuisine offer the best experience.

No, alcohol is not allowed at Rann Utsav as Gujarat is a Dry State.
